Mohammad Yaseen Churisaaz Resigns from Jammu & Kashmir People’s Conference, Joins Bharatiya Janata Party

Srinagar 13 Feb: Mohammad Yaseen Churisaaz has formally resigned from the basic membership as well as from the post of Senior Vice District President, Srinagar, of the Jammu & Kashmir People’s Conference.

After thoughtful consideration, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today at the party headquarters in Jammu in the presence of Ashok Koul, General Secretary (Organisation), along with other senior party leaders.

On the occasion, Mohammad Yaseen expressed his gratitude to the BJP leadership for welcoming him into the party fold and reiterated his commitment to work with dedication towards strengthening the party at the grassroots level. He stated that his decision was taken in the larger interest of public service, development, and ensuring peace and prosperity in Jammu & Kashmir.

He also thanked the leadership and workers of the Jammu & Kashmir People’s Conference for their cooperation and support during his tenure.

Reaffirming his resolve, Mohammad Yaseen pledged to serve the people with honesty, integrity, and full commitment under the leadership of the BJP.
